The Georgene Subdivision is located on the Niangua Arm of the Lake of the Ozarks.  Members of the community enjoy access to a community pavilion, boat launching ramp, and swimming platform.

Many of the waterfront homeowners have their own personal dock. The Georgene Subdivision Improvement Association also has four (4) multi-slip docks which are maintained by the association and accessible via common ground easements. The property owners in the subdivision who don’t reside at the shoreline can enjoy exclusive personal property ownership of an individual slip(s) within a multi-slip dock.
