RULES ANDANNUAL FEES
Georgene Subdivision is a residential subdivision located on the Niangua arm of Lake of the Ozarks with approximately 70 homes.

Association members can authorize another member to vote as a proxy for them. See form below.
ANNUAL DUES

Annual HOA membership dues are $150 per year for the first lot and $75 per year for subsequent lots.

Annual statements are mailed to members in July of each year

Membership dues are to be paid annually on or before September 1st.

Late fees may be charged and accumulate if not paid by October 1st
MULTI-SLIP DOCK DUES
Association members that own slips on one of the community multi-slip docks must pay annual dues to cover insurance premiums, personal property taxes, Ameren fees, minor routine upkeep and repairs (annual dues do not cover major dock repairs). These dues are over and above the regular HOA dues. These fees are included in the annual membership statement and are to be paid on or before September 1st.
Slip owners can allow other association members to use their slip with written permission. See form below.
